Cancellation Policy

£10 fee if you cancel within 48h before the treatment. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24h beforehand. If you wish to cancel or reschedule with less than 24h notice then you may be required to pay the full treatment cost (exceptions may be made, at the therapist’s discretion, in the case of illness or emergency situations). No shows will be charged in full.
