Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable if you cancel up to 48h before the treatment. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24h beforehand. If you wish to cancel or reschedule with less than 24h notice then you will be required to pay the full treatment cost (exceptions may be made, at the therapist’s discretion, in the case of illness or emergency situations).
